The food at shula's steakhouse in the clubhouse is better than the golf on the senator course at the shula's golf club, but combined they make for a good day in. Course was packed but didn’t show it as people were generally moving along at a good pace. Although there are so many great courses to play in colorado and i wouldn’t say here is at the top of the list, colorado national gc is still a quality course.

The pace of play was good and everyone on the course really friendly. Course was wet so not much roll even in the fairways but keeps things honest.
